      value : stringIf this proposal passes, SEEDS Collaboratory Anchor DAO will apply for membership in the Hypha DAO, confirming and adding to the formal connection between our DAOs. If Hypha DAO subsequently accepts our application, we will be enrolled as a member on the same terms as individual members of Hypha DAO. We will be able to make proposals of all types (including Policy, Contributions, and Quests), vote on proposals, and receive payouts from Contributions, Quests, and Roles. For this purpose, the "colabh.seeds" account will be created on Telos; this account will be used in our application for Hypha membership. This account will be controlled under a multisignature. Initially the creation and management of this multisig is delegated to the Economic Circle under the existing policy for Treasury accounts https://dao.hypha.earth/seedscollaboratory/proposals/59978 . Under this policy any action by the signatories must be duly authorized by the Collaboratory DAO process. It is understood that, under the mutual relationship between Hypha and SEEDS, there will not be a cost assessed on the Collaboratory with respect to this membership.
