In the early history of the SEEDS movement, there was an agreement that as Hypha completed milestones for SEEDS launch, they would be paid in SEEDS cryptocurrency. Hypha established an online site where it sold these SEEDS to the public at a dollar price (or its equivalent in Bitcoin or other tokens) which varied over time from $0.01 per SEEDS token up to $0.097 per token. The first two milestones were completed and accepted by SEEDS citizen vote, and Hypha was paid for its work in SEEDS. The Hypha work on Seeds launch milestone 3 was rejected by a SEEDS citizen vote. The remaining token balance allocated (but yet unused) for Hypha milestone payments was approximately 79 million SEEDS. This balance, referred to as ?the milestone SEEDS?, remains in the milest.seeds blockchain account.
